Participants will gain insights into the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and more, while fostering a deeper understanding of identity-based bias.

Workshop Overview: Participants will be able to critically examine power structures and privilege within societal contexts. Through engaging discussions, activities, and reflections, attendees will gain a heightened awareness of their own privilege and explore ways to leverage their positionality to mitigate bias.

Workshop Overview: Participants will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about the topic of bias. Through group discussion and activities, students will more self-aware and learn what to do if they encounter/witness a bias incident.
