Housing Selection
Housing selection for returning students allows currently enrolled students who live on campus to choose their housing for next year. This is an online process. You must pay special attention to the dates the application will be available and the time you and/or your group is eligible to apply. Students Returning from Abroad
If you are a student studying abroad/away for the fall semester and are interested in housing in winter/spring when you return, please visit this page.
Summer Housing
Summer housing is available each year. These buildings have community kitchens on each floor. Students will need to provide their own food, cooking utensils and flatware. Please note that meal plans are not available during the summer, only Phoenix dollars can be used for locations off campus. Money can be placed on Phoenix Cards by calling the Phoenix Card Office at 336-278-5436 or visiting the Phoenix Card website.
