The Truitt Center offers multiple pathways for students to develop their leadership skills, and graduate from Elon equipped to engage in communities throughout the world, and succeed in fulfilling their goals, dreams, and visions.

Through the Multifaith Internship, Spirit and Pride Internship, Graduate Internships, and Student Staff programs, students learn to discern their own personal values, passions and interests; plan events and programs that have impact on the entire campus community; develop interfaith and intercultural competence; delve into civic responsibility and identify; and engage in meaningful dialogue across difference.
