To create a new Page, move your cursor over the Pages menu item in the vertical admin menu to display the Pages fly-out menu. Once the fly-out menu is open, click the Add New menu item.

Alternatively, you can click on the Pages menu item and then click the Add New button at the top of the All Pages screen.

Once the Add New link has been clicked, you will be presented with the new Page screen below:

Once you have modified the page using the features and tools outlined in this guide (view Settings Overview for a brief overview) and are ready to publish the page, click the blue Publish button located in the Publish metabox located toward the top right side of the New Page screen.

If you are not ready to publish your work but want to save your progress and resume later, click the gray Save Draft button instead:
